According to the Associated Press, the warring parties in Yemen on Thursday agreed to an immediate ceasefire in the strategic port city of Hodeida.

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres praised the agreement as "real progress", which alleviated the pain of Yemen. The ceasefire and retreat of the troops have alleviated concerns.
